The World Nuclear Exhibition, held every two years in Paris, is the world’s leading civil nuclear exhibition, where industry leaders gather to shape the future of civil nuclear power. For Sulzer, it’s important to deliver a dynamic and engaging exhibition experience to attract attention and develop key relationships within the industry.

Solution

Sulzer wanted to work with a single company that could manage an end-to-end delivery package. This included not only the design and build of the stand itself, but also the creative design for the stand graphics, digital content and stand interactives.

The V-Ex Events team was able to produce an imaginative stand design that took full advantage of Sulzer’s hall location. This included dedicated areas for Sulzer’s different divisions as well as multiple digital touch points around the stand to draw in visitors. A 6m²  LED wall set into a media tower was the focal point – with a industry focussed video produced just for the show.

Our Project Management team was on-sight throughout the build and during the show to make sure that who event was delivered smoothly, giving the Sulzer sales team the confidence to focus their efforts on making the most of the commercial opportunities of the unique event.

Result

By sourcing all of the show assets through a single supplier, Sulzer was able to save money while still producing a show stopping exhibition stand. WNE 2023 was a huge success for Sulzer and plans are already underway to go bigger and better in 2025
