SAP UK & Ireland’s annual sales kick-off is a flagship event in the calendar year. It’s the opportunity for the senior leadership to motivate, educate and facilitate their team in preparation for the year ahead. They needed full event support to deliver this 500+ pax event.

Solution

Working with the V-Ex Events Project Management team, SAP had access to a full suite of services from venue finding, through to AV production, event branding, logistics and delegate management. Our team acted as an extension to SAP’s events team to make sure that every box was ticked and all the stakeholders were happy.

On-site the V-Ex Events team managed delegate registration and negotiations with the venue, meaning that SAP staff could focus on delivering strong communications and enjoying the atmosphere.

Result

With live attendance of over 500 people, the entire two day event was a great success. Senior leaders from with SAP UK & Ireland were able to share their message over a series of keynote and breakout sessions, while a gala dinner was the perfect opportunity for informal networking and socialising.
